Eligibility Criteria
- 1Chief Operating Officer (COO) Qualification: The incumbent should be a Graduate. MBA in any discipline from a reputed institute is desirable.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a COO or similar leadership role preferably in property development / large real estate companies. Good working experience of not less than 10 years in real estate market focused on delivering large-format, institutional, Grade-A asset offerings across India.
Skills: Strong decision making and analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills. Hands-on experience on investment promotion and marketing launches with deep insight on similar projects.
