Eligibility Criteria
- 1Post-Doctoral Fellow (PDF) - OB & HRM Qualification: Successfully defended FPM/PhD (within 5 years of the application) from a premier institute/university (excluding IIM Indore) with minimum of 60% marks/1st division in the master’s degree or degree immediately preceding PhD. Those who have submitted the thesis are also encouraged to apply.
