Eligibility Criteria
- 1Senior Research Associate/Research Associate Qualification: PhD in Management, preferably in HRM or Psychology or relevant field. First Class performance throughout, including Postgraduation in Management, Psychology, or relevant subjects in regular mode.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years relevant research experience post-PhD (waived for PhD from top-tier institutions with high-quality research publications). At least one research publication in ABDC-listed journal.
Skills: Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies; proficiency in SPSS; knowledge of NVivo and AI tools is an advantage; experience in primary/field data collection and analysis is desirable.
