Eligibility Criteria
- 1Management Trainee Qualification: Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Education, Data Science, Computer Science, or allied disciplines with 60% marks or above OR B.Tech or equivalent professional degree. Preference for candidates pursuing/intending to pursue Ph.D.
Experience: Experience in higher education institutions, EdTech organizations, academic research, admissions, counselling, or student support services preferred.
Skills: Excellent written & verbal communication, strong interpersonal abilities, organizational & coordination skills, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/internet/ERP, Proficiency in Hindi & English.
