- 1 Selection by Merit based on ACR/APAR grading not below 'Very Good'

- 1 Copies of educational qualifications and experience
- 2 Undertaking of the applicant (Annexure IV)
- 3 Recent colour passport size photo fixed on the application
- 4 ACRs/APARs for last 5 years (2020-21 to 2024-25)
- 5 Statement showing year wise availability of ACRs/APARs and grading
- 6 Attested photocopies of all certificates and proof of educational qualifications, present and past work experience, pay scale wise
- 7 No Objection Certificate from respective Port (Annexure V)
- 8 Administrative Clearance (Annexure II)
- 9 Vigilance/Administrative clearance (Annexure III)
- 10 Details of disciplinary case and penalty, if any, for last 10 years
- 11 Certification of University degree recognition (Annexure II)
- 12 Statement of service details (Annexure VI)
- 13 Two recent colour passport size photographs
