Eligibility Criteria
- 1Consultant (Legal) Qualification: LLB
Experience: Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience out of which minimum 10 years experience in Legal Department of NBFC/DFI/FI/Banks. Should have knowledge of Legal appraisal and Loan Agreement preparation. Candidate should be retired official from Central Govt./ State Govt./ CPSUs/state PSU/ Autonomous Body or any other equivalent organization from the rank not below E7 level or equivalent.
